WAR
AGAINST IRAQ OR A COUNTER-TERRORIST STRIKE

THE TYRANT RULING THE PEOPLE OF IRAQ?

Leading Republican senators

Democrats and some Republicans.

A typical news report from FREEDOM NEWS DAILY, 13 August 02, expressed just like the usual news in the mass media on this subject. The tyrant is equated with the country and its population. In consequence the population is likely to be attacked rather than the tyrant. Who is the culprit on our side? Those who do not make the necessary distinctions and thus come to support mass murderous actions by our side!
Collective responsibility is tacitly assumed and individuals in Iraq are not to be given their individual and voluntary community choice in this matter.
Territorialist non-thinking is still rampant and will, once again, lead to mass murders by all sides.
No rightful war aims are declared.
The decision-makers on our side reserve the "right" to themselves to build, keep in readiness and use anti-people mass murder devices at their discretion. The decision-making power on war and peace, international treaties, armament and disarmament is not questioned.
Nor is the arms and military organization monopoly of the government of Iraq or any other country questioned.
They do not favor tyrannicide, i.e., individual responsibility, individual sovereignty and individual secessionism - and thus help to keep people like Saddam Hussein in power.
Rather than killing him they are prepared to kill ten-thousands of his conscripts, tax slaves and other victims. They will come not as liberators but as aggressors, mass murderers and destroyers.
Governments in exile are not recognized and supported - to the extent that they aspire only to rule over their own volunteers.
They do not know and thus have not declared exclusively rightful war aims.
It will, once more, be rather a war against the huts rather than one against the palaces.
No distinction is made between the government of Iraq, the various and mostly suppressed people in Iraq and the country and all of the civilized structures that have been built there so far.
War against "Iraq" does quite indiscriminately target all of them and the use of nuclear mass murder devices has already been clearly indicated as a possibility.
Can one, in good conscience, support SUCH an attack?
To me it is all too much like targeting "the" German people and "Germany" rather than merely Hitler and his supporters.
Nor do our rulers have a program for full employment, an end to inflation and rapid and free development of Iraq once "it" is defeated.
Even if S. H. is killed during the fighting or captured and finally brought before an international court of justice, this will not bring back to life the people unjustly and unnecessarily killed in such a war or undo the other damages.
Stupid and prejudiced power madness is the rule, once again, not only on the side of the regime in Iraq.
All the old wrongs and mistakes will be repeated, once again.
Future strikes by at least as prejudiced and ignorant territorial terrorists are bound to multiply and this time some of them will be undertaken with ABC mass murder devices.
Trying to keep them just out of the hands of the present regime in Iraq is not good enough.
Territorial Governments are the least suitable organizations to keep mass murder devices out of the hands of governments and of terrorists. On the contrary: They lead to such "weapons" and to their use.
