VOTING, TERRITORIALISM: Territorial voting means despotism for those
outvoted or deceived by it. - 24.3.04.
TERRITORIALISM: Every territorial government means tyranny towards
dissenters and leads thus to terrorism, civil & national wars, bloody
revolutions and dictatorships. - 24.3.04.
TERRITORIALISM: Territorial government of any kind means territorial misgovernment of
dissenters. Only panarchism (exterritorial autonomy for volunteers) means
genuine self-government or: To each the government or non-governmental
society of his or her dreams. - 24.3.04.
VOTING: Individual secessionism & exterritorial autonomy for volunteer
communities amount to genuine self-government as a rightful alternative to
territorial voting for one or the other kind of territorially imposed
misgovernment. - 24.3.04.
TERRITORIALISM: Territorialism is the pest of our times. Panarchism is its
cure. Territorial voting maintains this pest in combination with all kinds
of delusions among voters and politicians. Only individual secessionism and
exterritorial autonomy can lead to genuine liberation and self-government. -

TERRITORIALISM: Territorialism is the greatest hazard to health, liberty,
life and limbs. - 24.3.04.
TERRITORIALISM, VOTING: Territorialism exploits, oppresses and murders
people. Thus I cannot vote for it. - 24.3.04.

TERRITORIALISM: Territorialism kills! - 24.3.04. (That's one of the shortest

TERRITORIALISM: Territorialism robs people by taxation, inflation,
deflation, monopolies and conscription. It misrules dissenters and murders
innocent people. It amounts to majority or minority despotism and thus feeds
terrorism of either the private or the official kind. It turns all people
into victims or victimizers. - 24.3.04. (Compare the old saying about our
choices being confined to become either anvils or hammers.)
PANARCHISM: Exterritorial autonomy for volunteers, i.e., genuine
self-government rather than territorially conducted misgovernment over

VOTING, MAJORITIES, DEMOCRACY, GOVERNMENT: The majority will hardly ever
elect an enlightened minority as its rulers. On the contrary. - J.Z.,

TERRITORIALISM & STATES, NATION-STATES: Territorial States are blowups or
crises waiting to happen. They are war, oppression, exploitation and crises
promoting institutions. 29.1.04.
SECESSIONISM, INDIVIDUAL: Freedom for individuals to fire or hire
politicians and bureaucrats, their laws and institutions, as far as these
individuals and their own affairs are concerned. - 29.1.04.
PANARCHISM: Experimental freedom in all spheres that do not endanger the
rights, liberties, lives, property & health of others. It means free
experimentation, freed from the hundredthousands of laws, regulations that
infringe basic rights and liberties. - 19.1.04.
PANARCHISM & NICE PEOPLE, TOLERANCE: Panarchism means that people can hold
and practice almost all kinds of beliefs - among themselves - and be nice
people, nevertheless, towards all outsiders. - 29.1.04, 24.4.04.
PANARCHISM, POLITICIANS, BUREAUCRATS: If you want a job well done and at a
competitive price - don't hire a territorial politician or bureaucrat.
Rather hire a capitalist or a politician and bureaucrat just for your own

PANARCHISM: Freedom to rule oneself - at the own expense and risk - and that
of like-minded people - without help or hindrance by any territorial
politician or bureaucrat, constitution, law or jurisdiction. It means
individual sovereignty combined with exterritorially autonomous volunteer
communities, living under their own personal laws, constitutions, juridical,
voting and protection systems. - 29.1.04, 24.4.04.
PANARCHISM, VICTORIES, ELECTIONS, VOTING: Panarchism replaces complete
victories over all dissenters by part-victories that achieve exterritorial
autonomy for all voluntary communities, those of the victors as well as
those of the outnumbered or defeated in territorial elections. - 26.1.04,

PANARCHISM AND FEDERALISM: Confederate, internationally, with all other
victims against all territorial politicians & bureaucrats and their
territorial policies and measures, to assure to all people the kinds of
non-territorial but autonomous communities of volunteers, which their members
consider to be ideal for themselves and all like-minded people. That kind of
program, if it were widely adopted, could rapidly end most present
oppressions, civil wars, wars, terrorism and wide-spread dissatisfaction. -

politicians and bureaucrats. At most choose your own for yourself and

TERRITORIALISM, INDEPENDENCE, SELF-RESPECT, VOTING, POLITICS AS USUAL:
Independence & self-respect means much more than subordination to
politicians and bureaucrats that were elected or tolerated by ever-changing
temporary majorities. Neither scientific experiments nor our own lives should
be determined by territorial majority voting. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
POLITICIANS, EMANCIPATION, DISASSOCIATION, SEPARATION, SECESSION-INDIVIDUAL:
Disassociate yourself from all territorial politicians and bureaucrats,
their laws, regulations and institutions. Establish your own and alternative
ones - for yourself and for like-minded people. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
POLITICIANS, TERRITORIAL: Territorial politicians are all con-men and
delusion mongers, pocket-thieves and also conquerors, occupiers and tyrants,
all merely by different degrees. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
TERRITORIALISM, POLITICIANS, BUREAUCRATS, GODS, CHARITY, ABORTION &
CHILDREN: We should not more put our trust in territorial politicians and
bureaucrats than in a God, as a loving and caring father and protector for
"his children". - 21.1.04. (According to some surveys done by organizations
making charitable appeals, every day 30,000 to 40.000 children die from
hunger, disease or abuse or are murdered outright. Probably even more are
murdered every day by their parents, with medical assistance, before they
are even born. I consider the latter mass murders of innocents to be even
worse because they are not committed by strangers. The charities argue that
a dollar a day could assure for each of these kids survival, health and
schooling. I say, that kids, at least above 5 or 6, if completely free,
could easily come to earn more than a dollar a day, in return for one to a
few hours of light labour. - Child labour is not evil in itself. But it must
be quite free, self-chosen and unexploited and under public scrutiny. -
Younger children, without parents or other guardians, should be considered
credit-worthy, on a stable value basis, until they can repay their
upbringing costs via free and unexploited labour. - J.Z., 24.3.04.
INDEPENDENCE, PANARCHISM, EXTERRITORIALITY: Independence from territorial
politicians and bureaucrats for all dissenting and peaceful individuals and
minorities, on the basis of exterritorial autonomy and personal laws. -

EXTERRITORIALITY, PANARCHISM: Politicians and bureaucrats should have no more
power over us, our lives, our property, our earnings, our money, our trades,
than have Woolworth, Coles & McDonald's. We should insist upon full
exterritorial autonomy towards all territorial power mongers and addicts. -

voter has to dance to the tune of territorial politicians and bureaucrats -

self-respect, self-government, self-determination, independence, free

vote you give up most of your basic rights and liberties to gangs of
politicians and bureaucrats. They are the first pigs at the troughs filled

TERRITORIALISM, DEMOCRACIES & DICTATORSHIPS: The individual self is mostly
ignored, suppressed and exploited in territorial and "representative"
democracies and republics, although not as much as in open dictatorships and

TERRITORIALISM, POLITICIANS, BUREAUCRATS: Territorial politicians and
bureaucrats have been the "Bill Gates" for all public services. Demonopolize
and privatize all these "services". Free competition for all the suppliers
of such services and full consumer sovereignty in the choice or
rejection of all of them. No monopoly for them at all, except those freely
established among consenting adults, as voluntary victims of their preferred
systems. 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
FREEDOM, POLITICIANS, TERRITORIALISM: Freedom means much more than obedience
towards millions of territorially "elected" and selected politicians and
bureaucrats and their avalanches of laws, regulations, boards, committ4ees
and commissions. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
TERRITORIALISM: Under territorialism you have only the choice between being
anvil or hammer - and most of us end up being hammered by a few dishonest
politicians and bureaucrats. - 21.1.04.
VOTING & TERRITORIALISM: The territorial vote is not a free vote. - 21.1.04.
VOTING & TERRITORIALISM: Don't hand over your rights and liberties, with a
territorial and majoritarian "equal" and "free" vote to - politicians and
bureaucrats, who will not let you fire them, as far as your own affairs are
concerned and who will overcharge you for their numerous "services", even if
these are really disservices done to you. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
TERRITORIALISM & NATIONALISM: "Nationalism is always imposed." - A lecturer
of the University of Technology at Sydney, when interviewed in the 10 am ABC
Radio Show on 22.3.04.
TERRITORIALISM & VOTING, ELECTIONS: A vote only for territorial politicians
and bureaucrats is no free, rightful and equal vote. Only voting within
exterritorially autonomous communities of volunteers can be free and
rightful and complete. But precisely among such like-minded people voting
will rarely be required to arrive at for them acceptable decisions. - In
this respect, under territorial rule, we are all still largely
disfranchised - while suffering under the delusion that we do have a "free
vote". - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
PANARCHISM, MARKETS, EXTERRITORIAL AUTONOMY, INDIVIDUAL CHOICE &
SECESSIONISM: Free markets, i.e. free individual contracts and full consumer
sovereignty and free enterprise for all services, including the "public"
ones, now territorially imposed and maintained. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
VOTING, CONSUMER SOVEREIGNTY, PUBLIC SERVICES & PANARCHISM: Full consumer
sovereignty towards and fully free enterprise for the supply of all
political and bureaucratic "public services". - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
VOTING & EXTERRITORIAL AUTONOMY & INDIVIDUAL SECESSIONISM: The mere vote
against should become a free vote to vote yourself out of their oppression,
exploitation, unjust laws, measures, systems and institutions and to decide
yourself on your own. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
SECESSION, INDIVIDUAL: You have not formally given your individual consent.
Thus do now and quite formally withdraw it and end their pretence of a
mandate from you. - 21.1.04. - We should, perhaps, try to establish a
website for each federal, state and local government, where dissenters can
freely state that they do not consider themselves as being represented by
the present government and having given their consent to it. They should
also be free to state their motives or reasons for their opposition. At the
same time, they should be given their chance to declare their preference for
a panarchistic system with full exterritorial autonomy for all communities
of dissenters and for a federation of these communities. If all that does
not fit onto a website, it could be combined in a special CD issue after
every election, in which all the dissenting minority views are stated, to
the extent that they do not aim at territorial domination for themselves, at
least not otherwise than by persuasion. - 24.3.04.
PANARCHISM, MINORITY AUTONOMY, INDIVIDUAL SOVEREIGNTY, POLITICIANS,
EXTERRITORIALISM, TERRITORIALISM: Minority autonomy rather than domination
by majorities or minorities, a few politicians and all too many
bureaucrats. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
SELF-RESPONSIBILITY, SELF-DETERMINATION, DEMOCRACY, SELF-RULE: TERRITORIAL OR
EXTERRITORIAL?: Territorially they cannot exist for all. Attempts to do so
lead to despotism, terrorism, exploitation, deceptions and delusions.
Exterritorially they mean voluntarism and individual consent and service
contracts or desired individual package deals, not territorial
"representation" and exploitation by politicians and bureaucrats towards all
dissenters. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
PANARCHISM: Freedom does not mean licences "bought" from politicians and
bureaucrats, on their conditions. One should remain free to individually
fire and ignore the lot, as far as one's own affairs are concerned. One
should become free to live in full peace and freedom from them, either fully
on one's own or to hire one's own companions and institutions or to hire
one's own alternative masters or representatives. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
PANARCHISM, RESISTANCE, SECESSIONISM, HUMAN RIGHTS: Freedom means the right
and power to organize to say no to any meddling legislator, politician,
bureaucrat & judge, i.e., the right to fully enjoy and practice all one's
individual rights and liberties without permit from any territorial
politician or bureaucrat or judge. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
PANARCHISM: Get all the politicians and bureaucrats and judges out of your
pockets and out of your lives - unless YOU, individually, declare them that
you want them there. - 21.1.04.
SECESSIONISM, INDIVIDUAL: Secede from all politicians and bureaucrats - and
let them stew in their own juice. - 21.1.04.
TAXATION TO BE REPLACED BY FREE PRICING & CONTRACTS FOR FREE ENTERPRISE
SERVICES THAT ARE WANTED: Free market pricing and contracts for ALL wanted
public services, competitively offered and freely chosen from - for all but
aggressive criminals, i.e., criminals with victims. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
TERRITORIAL VOTING, POLITICS, POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS, ELECTIONS: They
disfranchise individuals and minorities, especially when they are dissenting
ones. At the same time they grant all too much power to those who
participate in this "advance auction sales of stolen goods". What they are
ALL deprived of is the undisturbed freedom to decide upon and act upon their
own affairs, without an election victory and without struggles to gain and
maintain power. All are thus made dependent upon majority support or that of
influential men or groups, instead of merely upon their own free choices. -

VOTING & TERRITORIALISM: Consent, free choice and free voting means much
more than to have one vote among millions in territorial voting. - J.Z.,

VOTING, EXTERRITORIAL AUTONOMY, PANARCHISM, POLITICIANS & BUREAUCRATS:
Politicians and bureaucrats should all depend upon individual voters for
their systems, not upon large voting blocks given them a majority despotism
"mandate" for a whole territory and all its inhabitants. Regarding their own
affairs, any peaceful individual and group should be free to fire them - and
to hire others or no one - as their individual and group choice for
themselves. All territorial constitutions, laws and jurisdictions and
protective agencies to be replaced by exterritorially autonomous ones.
Except, perhaps, an ideal militia for the protection of all individual
rights and liberties - to the extent that they are rightfully claimed by
anyone. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
VOTING & INDIVIDUAL SECESSIONISM & EXTERRITORIAL MINORITY AUTONOMY: Without
the right of individuals and minorities to secede and to do their own things
for and to themselves, conventional territorial voting is a despotic act, an
attempt to rule not only oneself but also all dissenting others in a
territory, even all non-aggressive neighbours, without their consent and to
their disadvantage, depriving them of their rights and liberties. - 21.1.04,
24.3.04.
PANARCHISM, EXTERRITORIAL AUTONOMY, INDIVIDUAL SOVEREIGNTY, VOTING,
SECESSIONISM, INDIVIDUAL: Vote yourself out of their territorial systems. A
territorial vote confines you to remain in a territorial "prison". It is not
a free vote but a mandate for serfdom, authoritarianism, bureaucracy, even
for temporary dictatorships, all to often turned into lasting ones and
abused to force you into participation in their wars, financially or with
your bodies. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
PANARCHISM & MONETARY FREEDOM: No one's liberty, life and property are
sufficiently assured without full monetary freedom and full panarchistic
freedom, i.e., fully free choice and competition for all governmental and
societal services. This is possible only on the basis of full exterritorial
autonomy or experimental freedom for all communities of volunteers, living
under their personal constitutions, laws and jurisdictions. - 21.1.04,
24.3.04.
PANARCHISM: Politicians and bureaucrats to lord it only over their own
volunteers and at the expense and risk of these volunteers, as long as they
voluntarily submit to this lordship, domination and exploitation. There will
always be fools and this will remain their best chance to finally learn
enough about their own lives, rights and liberties. - 21.1.04, 24.3.04.
TERRITORIALISM AND "FREE CHOICE": A territorial voting choice is not a free
choice for dissenting individuals and minorities or even for majorities. -

VOTING, TERRITORIAL: With your territorial vote you give up your rights and
liberties and destroy or suppress those of others. - 21.1.04.
EXTERRITORIAL AUTONOMY & DIVORCE: Let's divorce ourselves from all those
politicians, bureaucrats and juridical systems that we do not like and
establish, rather, our own for ourselves, our personal laws and institutions
among ourselves but all this only on a voluntary basis and at our own risk
and expense, in exterritorially autonomous communities of volunteers. With
that radical change all wrongful barriers would fall and wars, revolutions,
civil wars, organized resistance and terrorism would soon come to an end.
Only competitive systems would remain of prosecuting, punishing, reforming
genuine criminals with victims and extracting indemnification from them. -

PANARCHISM, CONSENT, POWER: No one to have the right and power to rule
another man without the other man's consent. To do so or to try to do so is
the only crime, the only terror act. All such authoritarian and tyrannical
people ought to become outlawed. Against them every act of self-defence is
just - although sometimes not advisable. This right to self-defence should
be organized in an ideal militia for the protection of individual rights and
liberties, one very different from most militias of the past and present. -
