To donate once or regularly, please contact me first or use the buttons below: This site has been and still is under heavy attack from people wanting to censor it. I have won so far, but I am also keeping top texts unpublished, as I am financially not ready for any further court proceedings, not even mentioning the unpleasantness of such things and the resulting reduction in my productivity. The latter is the reason for my being awfully late (much more than a year) in putting a lot of first class material online. Being a webmaster, doing everything myself, means working night and day, within the limits imposed by a health that could definitely be better. I am living in a relatively free country, Germany, but not the freest, very far from that. Regarding freedom of speech for instance, the United States would no doubt be better. Or my home country Luxemburg or Holland, to name but two others. The fact that for the time being my web server is physically located in the United States, does not help very much here, a little though. My place of residence is where I am vulnerable. This site is a private, personal, non-commercial, not-for-profit one! With this site I am excercizing my constitutional rights called freedom of opinion, freedom of speech and freedom of the press. They include the right of unrestricted access to any kind of information source. Therefore I will very strongly oppose those attempts of governments with their dirty paws to sabotage the basic feature, the hyperlink, of that greatest of inventions, the World Wide Web (by Tim Berners-Lee). While trying to tolerate a lot of diverse opinions, letting opponents discuss them, the lurker/visitor being thus in the third, best position ("du choc des idées jaillit la lumière"!), I am defending individualism, as a philosophical and political attitude. The only thing we all have in common is to be unique individuals. Your donations

Ce site a souffert et souffre toujours d'attaques massives de la part de personnes voulant le censurer. J'ai gagné les procédures judiciaires jusqu'ici, mais je garde aussi des textes de tout premier ordre dans mon tiroir, car je ne suis pas financièrement à même d'affronter de nouveaux procès éventuels, sans parler de tous les autres désagréments de telles choses et de l'influence négative sur ma productivité qui en résulte. C'est cette dernière raison qui est la cause de mon grand retard (bien plus d'une année) avec la mise en ligne d'un tas de matériel haut de gamme. Un administrateur de site, travaillant seul, faisant tout lui-même, doit travailler nuit et jour, dans les limites, bien sûr, imposées par sa santé, qui est loin d'être parfaite. Je vis dans un pays relativement libre, l'Allemagne, mais pas le plus libre, très loin de là. Concernant par exemple la liberté de parole, les États-Unis seraient sans nul doute meilleurs. Ou mon pays d'origine le Luxembourg ou encore les Pays-Bas, pour n'en citer que deux autres. Le fait qu'actuellement mon serveur Web se trouve physiquement aux États-Unis ne m'aide pas beaucoup là-dedans, tout au plus un petit peu. C'est mon lieu de résidence qui me rend vulnérable. C'est pour cela que je m'opposerai le plus énergiquement à toutes les tentatives des gouvernements qui, avec leurs sales pattes, essayent de saboter la fonction de base de la toile mondiale, cette invention géniale entre toutes (par Tim Berners-Lee), à savoir le lien hypertextuel. Tout en essayant de tolérer un grand nombre d'opinions diverses, laissant les adversaires les discuter, de sorte à ce que les visiteurs aux aguets soient en troisième position, qui est la meilleure ("du choc des idées jaillit la lumière"!), je défends l'individualisme, en tant qu'attitude philosophique et politique. La seule chose que nous ayons tous en commun est d'être des individus uniques. Vos dons atténueront les frais élevés de la publication sur la toile mondiale (du moins si on le fait dans une mesure très large et croissante et plus ou moins professionnellement): enregistrement des domaines, mémoire Web, transfert de données et autres services connexes (comme par exemple ceux liés au courrier électronique), matériel ("casserole"), logiciel, frais de télécommunication, équipement et articles de bureau, (à l'occasion j'ai aussi à payer des droits de reproduction pour certains textes, images, informations etc.), ou toute autre chose qu'il vous plaira de mentionner plus spécifiquement, sans oublier les frais causés par les procès. Mais surtout ils m'aideront à rester totalement indépendant, à ne pas me laisser guider par des considérations commerciales et à ne pas être tenté de suivre le mauvais goût (voire d'y être forcé) de ceux qui préfèrent la presse à sensation à mon site. Si les services de mon site pour vous en tant qu'individu et amant de la liberté vous sont importants, s'il vous plaît, ouvrez votre porte-monnaie ou portefeuille maintenant, mais prenez contact d'abord pour qu'on convienne d'un moyen de transfert agréable de part et d'autre (ou bien utilisez tout simplement l'un des boutons PayPal ou e-gold sur cette page). C.B. Diese Website wurde in der Vergangenheit und wird noch immer heftig von Leuten angegriffen, die sie zensurieren möchten. Bisher blieb ich Sieger, veröffentliche aber Spitzentexte nicht, weil ich finanziell nicht in der Lage bin weitere Prozesse zu führen, ganz davon zu schweigen wie unangenehm solche Dinge sind und wie sehr sie meine persönliche Produktivität hemmen. Letzteres ist der Grund dafür, daß ich so schrecklich (viel mehr als ein Jahr) in Verspätung damit bin, einen Haufen erstklassigen Materials online zu bringen. Als Webmaster, der alles allein macht, arbeite ich Tag und Nacht, innerhalb der von meiner Gesundheit gesetzten Grenzen, einer Gesundheit die durchaus zu wünschen übrigläßt. Ich lebe in einem verhältnismäßig freien Land, Deutschland, aber nicht im freiesten, weit gefehlt. Im Hinblick auf Redefreiheit zum Beispiel wären die Vereinigten Staaten zweifelsohne besser. Oder mein Heimatland Luxemburg oder die Niederlande, um nur zwei weitere Beispiele zu nennen. Die Tatsache, daß derzeit mein Webserver sich physisch in den USA befindet, hilft hierbei wenig, ein bißchen aber doch. Mein Wohnsitz ist der Ort, an dem ich verwundbar bin. Diese Website ist eine private, persönliche, nicht-kommerzielle, eine nicht auf Gewinn ausgerichtete! Mit dieser Website übe ich meine verfassungsmäßigen Grundrechte auf Meinungsfreiheit, Redefreiheit und Pressefreiheit aus. Diese beinhalten auch das Recht mich aus allgemein zugänglichen Quellen ungehindert zu unterrichten. Deshalb werde ich mich sehr heftig gegen alle Versuche wehren, die Regierungen mit ihren schmutzigen Pfoten veranstalten, um die Grundfunktion des World Wide Web, dieser genialen Erfindung (durch Tim Berners-Lee), nämlich den Hyperlink, zu sabotieren. Obwohl ich versuche ein breites Spektrum unterschiedlicher Meinungen zu tolerieren, indem ich Gegner diskutieren lasse, dadurch den heimlichen Leser in die dritte, beste Position bringend ("du choc des idées jaillit la lumière"!), verteidige ich den Individualismus, als philosophische und politische Haltung. Denn das was wir alle gemeinsam haben, ist die Tatsache, das wir einzigartige Individuen sind. Ihre Spenden lindern die hohen Kosten des Veröffentlichens im Web (wenn es auf umfangreiche und sich steigernde Art geschieht, und auf schon ziemlich professionelle Art): Domainregistrierungen, Speicherplatz, Datentransfer und andere mit dem Hosting verbundene Dienste (etwa diejenigen im Zusammenhang mit E-Mail oder Webmail), Hardware, Software, Telekommunikationskosten, Büroeinrichtung und Verbrauchsmaterial, (hin und wieder muß ich auch für das Recht zahlen, gewisse Texte, Bilder oder Nachrichten usw. wiederzugeben), und all dessen was Sie speziell unterstützen und deshalb erwähnen wollen, nicht zu vergessen die Kosten von Rechtsstreitigkeiten. Vor allem aber werden sie mir helfen ganz unabhängig zu bleiben und unbeeinflußt von kommerziellen Überlegungen und nicht in Versuchung zu geraten oder gar gezwungen zu sein mich dem niederen Geschmack derjenigen anzupassen, die die Regenbogenpresse meiner Website vorziehen.
