Introduction. This section treats the (next to pedophily) most delicate subject of all. And it is so sad that on this particular subject the intellect of most libertarians, including the geniuses among them, is not only muzzy but has since so many decades been cast into concrete and sunk by some sick mafia into the deepest recesses of some sea of oblivion. If (oh so rarely) the subject is mentioned in the texts of the main gurus and pundits, you only read stupidities. And if you submit to some of the most brilliant minds the very clear principles of the problem and the ready solutions and ask for comments and refutations you simply get no answer at all. Even those who "own" only a few square meters on which stands their little hut, show Alzheimer's disease when they are asked to make the distinction between those square meters of ground and their legitimately owned little hut and their souls having become addicted to the status quo through multifarious brainwashing over centuries start screaming like a child of whom you try to take a lollipop from its mouth or hand... And those gents display a strong conviction of being led by Reason.I was prompted today to proceed right away with the opening of this section, though it is very far from being ready, and at long last make the terms in three languages in the heading above, mentioned since very long in the menus on my home page, into links to this section, by reading the article Thomas L. That this text is in German and that I never came to translate it, is a main reason why this section is opened so late. But I will let such incidental matters not prevent me from going ahead from now on on such a basic question, fundamental to the liberation of the individual and mankind. By the way, most of the best in this field, be it analysis or up-to-date proposals for changes and solutions, has originated in the German speaking countries.
