TEI ‘The Exteritorial Imperative’” news feed it is clearly spelled out: “An Op-Ed by Jonathan David Morris: This great scrumptious column is one of JDM's best ever. A Britisher would say ‘Simply wizard!’, while I recognize a Wizard of Oz afflatus. Home to Kansas! And the title alone is worth a Nobel Prize (albeit an alternative one)...”

Quality has no borders. Good cigars in Cuba, good oil in Iraq, good whisky in Scotland. And while the three (or a few more) witches met in “Scotland’s most beautiful and vibrant rural area”, the thunder and lightning was vibrating in London. Like always, the chiefs are far from their rank and file in the battlefields. Be it Cuba, Iraq or the London tube. Among the three George's, Washington was the exception, King George then and King Georg now are working more from a distance, like a vibrant rural Texas ranch. And, like the English with their patron saint, they like to adorn and window-dress themselves with martyrs.
