Suicide bombers

"The supply of guys smart enough to be successful suicide bombers, but dumb enough to be willing to do it is finite. If they're not running out now, they will be."

This rational reason for hope is expressed by Glenn Reynolds in his blog, where it already had been posted on 5/20/2002, saying that the Palestinians may now be "stuck with the B-Team".
