The guy gays should vote for!
The Pink Pistols have endorsed him. The Log Cabin Republicans have NOT endorsed Bush! Kerry is not everybody's centerfold (left-wing voters apparently have another taste) and the American Muslims are still too much in the closet to dare such a liberating vote. ;-) And some gay Republicans going to vote for Bush have just been duped by this pic. This is not to say that Mike Badnarik himself is gay, or Jon Airheart would probably want to scratch my face if I said that. But this candidate and his party are more thoroughly gay friendly than any others ever could be. And their gay friendliness is so solidly founded in principles that it will last longer and serve you best in the long run. Too many gay activists shout so loudly for government (statist) measures, thus for Kerry, fearing no doubt to run out of free condoms paid by the taxpayer. They're afraid that all that government dough for some (where does it come from? out of your pocket!) and all those subsidized counseling jobs will go down the drain. Are you, gay brother, not man enough, to help yourself without a nanny? All that is necessary can be done privately, by the market or mutually by free association and in great solidarity. Haven't I observed men giving each other a hand?! :-)
Listen to this good gay man [source: http://www.iol.co.za/...]:
"But 56-year-old San Francisco-area resident Beau Cain said he would not support either of mainstream candidate as neither defends gay rights. Instead, he will vote for Libertarian party candidate Michael Badnarik. "When my friends tell me my vote is wasted, I say: 'I would rather vote for what I want and not get it rather than vote for what I don't want and get plenty of it," said the technical writing professor from California State University at San Jose."
Then buy this book:
Good To Be King: The Foundations Of Freedom
From http://www.emediawire.com/...: "[Libertarian presidential candidate Michael] Badnarik's self-published treatise on the Constitution, sold a few copies at convention tables and by mail, then dropped off the radar as he concentrated on securing his party's nomination and launched an aggressive third party campaign for the presidency of the United States. In less than 24 hours after the release of the book was announced, the second and more attractively presented edition of Good To Be King has rocketed into web giant Amazon.Com's top 50 -- territory occupied at this time by no other presidential candidate's book -- selling at a far faster rate than anticipated." (10/22/04)
The book was even already seen in position 19 at Amazon. You can buy the book here: http://www.amazon.com/...
Now download Goodnarik's brochure on gay marriage (in PDF format, 1873 KB) here.
And last, but not least, enjoy this online exclusive of butterbach.net, an interview of Michael by Jonathan David Morris, even if you have to complain that straights get such a nice combination of Christian names (for details of the story look up the Bible, see 1 Sam. 31:26), and while reading, imagine that another Michael, Michael "Mouse" Tolliver from Orlando and San Francisco (if you do not know who that is, you are not gay), like an angel, is standing behind you, looking over your shoulder to read with you, as you will need an angel to protect you from the dangers of the rapids in and around the voting station on November 2! Here it is:
Liberty in an Election Year: An Interview w/Michael Badnarik
Should meanwhile anyone want to disturb you, just hang this notice on the knob ~~ on the outside of your door...
This sign was given to me by someone from Chicago I met in December 1968 or January 1969 on a then very famous floor of a "Y" in Manhattan. I even remember the name of the guy: McGuire Gibson. Hello to him should he still be alive and read this! And don't forget to vote for Michael, he is a great guy!
