"Diamonds are a girl's best friends."
This girl is less impressed by the kind of diamonds someone might have offered to Marylin Monroe*), but more by intellectual diamonds, the kind of clean and clear cut literary gems full of the best thoughts, ethics, feelings that I am now and then utterly happy and proud to present to my readers.
