INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF TOLI

If you have something to offer, are looking for something or would like to swap one thing against another, please write, from the email address that you used to become a member of TOLI, an email message to toli_hamburg@yahoogroups.com

This can be done from the menu item Messages, Post on the TOLI home page http://groups.yahoo.com/group/toli_hamburg or from outside. Such a message then goes automatically to all members. If you answer a message, your answer goes only to the particular member herself/himself. Please keep it that way.

Please allocate offers, demands and swaps that can be separated to separate emails. This increases the number of messages (which you can keep short), but prevents later muddles, makes answers easier and shorter.

Please name the object concerned in the subject line of your message in a short but clear way. A more detailed description will be in the body of the email message. Please start the subject line absolutely with one of the following capitalized German words (independently of the language of the rest of the subject line or of the message body, as this will later ease sorting and searches), as needed:

BIETE:, SUCHE:, TAUSCHE:, ABGEHOLT:, ERLEDIGT:.

[offer - quest - swap - fetched - completed]

After TAUSCHE: [swap] you might say for instance: Cadillac GEGEN [against] Arabian camel. Or: Arabian camel GEGEN Cadillac. ;-)

Please limit advertising for your rabbits breeding club (or your website) as well as philosophical and political and similar statements to a few lines in the signature of your email. That's all, folks.
